Nathan and Sandra built this agency together and they run it the way they run their home: with faith, patience and a long memory for the people who trust them.
Nathan Norman
Nathan is the third generation of his family to do this work. His grandfather opened a property and casualty agency and his father carried it forward. Nathan grew up around clients who walked in worried and left with a plan. That is where he learned what this job really is.
After more than a decade helping business owners and families he has seen what a poorly constructed policy would cost and what a well built one quietly protects. He would rather give you the honest answer today than sell you something you will regret at claim time. Community and clients who are still with him years later are how he measures the work.
Sandra Lariz
Sandra grew up in a large close family where taking care of each other was simply how life worked. That instinct never left her. It is why she works with families and why she looks at the whole household: the parents, the kids, the grandparents and the plan that keeps all of them steady if something changes.
She believes every life is a purposeful blessing from God and she treats every conversation that way. Unhurried and honest. Much of her work is simply education: showing families how living benefits and the right life or annuity plan can actually work for them while they are alive and well, not just after they are gone. If a plan does not fit she will say so. When it does she will make sure you understand every piece of it.
For Nathan and Sandra this is more than a business. It is how they live together: do honest work, care for the people in front of you and give the glory to God.
