Workers' Compensation Insurance, explained.
Required from your first hire. Covers your team and protects your business.
Workers' Compensation Insurance
Workers’ Compensation pays for medical care, lost wages, and rehabilitation when an employee is hurt or becomes ill on the job. In exchange, the employee generally cannot sue you over the injury — the "exclusive remedy" of workers’ comp.
Most states require workers’ comp from your first hire. Operating without it can mean stop-work orders, six-figure fines, and personal liability for the owner.

A warehouse picker develops a back injury over time. WC covers care and time off work.
Auditing & class codes
Wrong class code = overpaying or a brutal audit at renewal. We watch and manage these for you.
